BEFORE YOU CONTACT ANY CSL OFFICE, YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Picture identification for all adults living in the household
  • Social Security cards for everyone in the household, including children
  • A utility bill, or other official mail, dated within the past 30 days

Additionally, bring copies of any or all of the following that apply to your situation:

  • Pay stubs for the previous 30 days
  • Current Social Security or SSI award letters
  • TANF award letter
  • Food Stamps award letter
  • Child support information
  • Pension information

Failure to have the appropriate documentation, and/or lack of available agency funding, may cause a delay in the receipt of services. Assistance is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and no level of aid is ever guaranteed by the agency until it has been approved by the appropriate staff member.
