BEFORE YOU CONTACT ANY CSL OFFICE YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Picture Identification
- Social Security Cards for everyone in the household including children
- A utility bill or other official mail dated within the past 30 days
As well as any or all of the following that apply to your situation:
- Pay stubs for the previous 30 days
- Current Social Security or SSI award letters
- TANF Award letter
- Food Stamps award letter
- Child support information
- Pension information
Failure to have the appropriate documentation and or lack of available agency funding may cause a delay in the receipt of services. Assistance is based on a first come, first served basis and no level of aid is ever guaranteed by the agency until it has been approved by the appropriate staff.
