Certified Nurse's Assistant Training Program Application - Step 1
Thank you for your interest in the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program!
We will be reviewing applications and identifying individuals that best meet the requirements of this opportunity. Once the following steps are complete and your information reviewed, we will be in touch.
Training is scheduled to begin October 1, 2018, and will be full-time, Monday-Friday, for 10 weeks, and will conclude on approximately December 1, 2018.
To be considered for the program the following is required:
1) Online quick application (right if viewing on desktop and below if viewing on a mobile device) filled out and submitted online
3) Provide photo ID, Social Security card,
proof of Independence, MO residency (current utility bill, etc.). Please note you must live inside the legal city limits of Independence. Certain zip codes (64058) have Independence mailing addresses, but are in unincorporated Jackson County.
4) Submit current résumé (contact CSL's Employment Services Program at firstname.lastname@example.org or 816.912.4495 for help with your résumé)
5) Bring filled out assessment, photo ID, Social Security card, proof of Independence, MO residency, and current résumé to:
