Permanent Supportive Housing
We partner with HUD and the KC metro Continuum of Care to provide long-term permanent rental housing and support services to homeless neighbors who have disabling conditions. These include mental illness, substance use disorders, or physical, developmental or other behavioral disabilities. Contact us to learn more.
POAH Property Residential Services
We partner with POAH (Preservation of Affordable Housing) to provide services and support for properties they manage. Our full team at Hawthorne Place Apartments in Independence, MO and coaches at Colony Plaza in Excelsior Springs connects residents to the services provided by CSL and more. Vouchers may also be obtained with an application directly through the housing authority.
