Community Services League partners with AccessKC. Through the partnership, we provide basic medical assistance for low-income, underserved and uninsured neighbors in our community. Learn more about the services provided, then talk to your CSL coach or contact us below.
From dental care to eyeglasses get the help you need.
With the support of AccessKC you may be able get help with the following:
Emergency dental care (fillings and extractions)
Diabetic supplies
Durable medical equipment (including hearing aids)
Prescription medication (no controlled substances)
Vision exam and eyeglasses
Eligibility requirements
AccessKC provides services to qualified individuals once every 12-month period up to a maximum of $1,800 in lifetime services.
Individuals whose household income is up to 200% of federal poverty guidelines qualify for medical support services. Your CSL coach can assist you in applying for assistance based on the following income and documentation guidelines:
Approximate per-month income:
Single person – $2,147
Two people – $2,903
Family of four – $4,417
Required documentation:
Prescription or Medical order
Proof of income for entire household
Picture ID
Social Security Cards or ITIN Cards for entire household
Proof of address for past 30 days
