Initiative Funding
Breaking the cycle of poverty requires new approaches. Providing job training and employment opportunities. Breaking the cycle of toxic debt. Financial coaching and connections to resources. Matching Challenge
By making a gift to fund a matching challenge campaign, you can inspire others to donate and expand the capacity of the work we’re doing, together. Matching challenge gifts can support regular fundraising campaigns at CSL or can be designed to support a new initiative.
Estate Giving
Including a gift to CSL as part of your estate plan is a great way to keep your legacy of support going well into the future. The Bess Wallace Truman Legacy Society is a program through the Truman Heartland Community Foundation, that will help you design a planned giving program that includes CSL.
Tax Incentives
To expand the work of CSL in making meaningful change for our neighbors, Missouri Food Pantry and Neighborhood Assistance Program tax credits are available for qualified donations. These programs help reduce the amount of taxes you pay in return for supporting important community initiatives.
