Our Employment Services Program helps you confidently pursue job market opportunities.
You’ll work with an employment coach who will help you define goals and assess your situation, then provide support and encouragement as you prepare and apply for employment.

Employment Services – we can offer you assistance with job search, job placement, on-the-job supports, internships, apprenticeships, and supported and customized employment.
Supporting People with Disabilities on the Path to Employment
In partnership with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, CSL’s Vocational Rehabilitation services help people with disabilities prepare for work, build employment skills, and move toward greater independence.
If you are eligible for services, a qualified rehabilitation counselor will partner with you throughout the process. The two of you will develop a vocational goal and an individualized plan to help you get there.
How will you know if you are eligible? Your VR counselor will work with you to determine your eligibility.

CSL’s EastGate Career Hub
CSL’s EastGate Career Hub helps adults take the next step toward better employment, higher wages, and long-term career growth.
Our team provides career coaching, job readiness support, employer connections, and access to tuition-paid career training opportunities for eligible participants. These trainings can lead to industry-recognized credentials in high-demand fields where local employers need skilled workers.
Located near NorthPoint Development’s EastGate Commerce Center, the Career Hub connects job seekers with opportunities at EastGate and throughout the region. CSL also works directly with local employers and Human Resources teams to understand hiring needs and help prepare qualified candidates for available positions.
