The Agile Work Profiler

Colorful infographic showcasing aspects of an agile work profile, including developing others, innovating, inspecting, judging and estimating, managing, operating objects, organizing, selling and communicating, serving and caring, working with information.

The Agile Work Profiler helps identify your strengths, interests, and job skills by looking at what you enjoy doing and what you already do well.

The profiler focuses on what are called Agilities. Agilities are groups of work activities that can help show which types of careers, tasks, and work environments may be a good fit for you.

You will be asked to rate your skill level and interest in 24 different work activities. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.

After you finish, you will receive your Agilities ranking, with special focus on your top three. These results can help you better understand where you are today and what steps may help you move toward your career goals.

Your results may also help you strengthen your resumé, prepare for interviews, explore training options, and identify career paths that match your strengths and interests.
