You’ll receive support setting goals, creating a plan, preparing for interviews, searching for jobs, and completing applications.
Coaches can also help with résumé writing, work clothes, job referrals, and other resources to support your employment goals.
Tuition-Paid Training
Ready to take the next step toward employment?
Eligible participants can access tuition-paid training opportunities that lead to certificates in growing industries.
Through these training programs you’ll earn an Industry Recognized Credential (IRC), and prepare for better employment opportunities.

Digital Coaching
Need help building your computer or technology skills?
We provide Digital Coaching where participants receive support with basic computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel, virtual meetings, résumé creation, online tools, and more.
Coaching is personalized to meet your personal goals, comfort level, and learning style. The goal is to help build the skills needed for work, school, and everyday life.
Get Career Ready
Want to build skills that help you find, get, and keep a job?
Through our Career Readiness Workshops, we help you build practical skills for finding, getting, and keeping a job.
In these interactive workshops, you’ll learn about résumé building, interview preparation, workplace success, and career exploration.
Workshops are free to attend, and participants who complete each course will receive a Career Readiness Certificate.

Looking for a job with room to grow?
Our Career Coaches work with local employers to help connect you with job opportunities that offer livable wages, benefits, and long-term career potential.
Career Coaches can also help you prepare for the application and interview process so you feel more confident taking the next step.
