When groceries are difficult to afford, CSL is here to help.
Food Pantries
CSL operates several food pantries to help neighbors access groceries.
Depending on availability, CSL typically provides enough food for three to five days.
Some locations require an appointment.
Hot Meals
A hot meal is served on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at Stone Church in Independence.
CSL’s Drop-In Center serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday.
Anyone in need of food is welcome.
Public Benefits
CSL staff can help you understand and apply for public nutrition programs you may qualify for, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, also known as SNAP.
They’ll work with you to review your eligibility.
