Concept:

Community Services League will build 9 tiny homes (360 sq feet) on the White Oak Community Garden Property located at 136 E White Oak.

These homes will be available for rent to individuals currently experiencing homelessness and those who are in supported programs at CSL.

CSL will retain ownership. As Owner CSL will identify renters, provide leases and maintain the property.

ommunity Development, Planning & Zoning: CSL will seek approval of the planned unit development from City Council. Each dwelling will collect their own trash and deposit in the dumpster as 404 N Noland Road- CSL.

Parking will be provided on the CSL parking lot located on the North end of the property.

While the operations are transitional CSL as the Owner/Landlord will maintain the dwelling and provide additional supportive services such as counseling and financial training.

Monthly rent will be collected by CSL. CSL will be financially responsible for electric, water, cable, lawn maintenance, snow removal and any other required service
