Celebrating Stephanie Ogle: CSL’s New Senior Vice President of Workforce Development
September 16, 2025 | Lynn Rose, Chief Program Officer
Stephanie Ogle, Sr. Vice President of Workforce Development
We are proud to announce the promotion of Stephanie Ogle to Senior Vice President of Workforce Development, effective July 1.
Stephanie first joined Community Services League in July 2022 as a Career Development Coach, where she quickly became a trusted partner to our neighbors, helping connect them to training opportunities that opened doors to new careers. Her passion for empowering individuals to succeed was evident from the very beginning.
In March 2024, Stephanie was promoted to Vice President of Workforce Development, where she led the program to new heights. Under her leadership, CSL achieved record graduation rates, expanded training pathways, and strengthened partnerships that provide life-changing opportunities for our neighbors. Her vision and dedication have not only grown the program but also transformed lives across Eastern Jackson County.
Stephanie’s promotion to Senior Vice President is a recognition of her outstanding work and the impact she has already made in such a short time. In this new role, she will serve as the strategic lead for all CSL workforce programming, guiding our efforts to ensure more neighbors can access the skills, training, and support they need to thrive. Stephanie leads a team of eight who are carrying out this important work.
CSL’s Career Services Program supports more than 250 career seekers each year, helping them build skills and achieve lasting economic stability. Our team connects individuals to high-quality training programs that lead to Industry-Recognized Certificates (IRCs) and open doors to livable-wage jobs in high-demand fields such as healthcare, information technology, transportation and logistics, and construction. Beyond training, we provide comprehensive wrap-around services that address barriers, boost graduation rates, and ensure long-term career success.
Please join us in congratulating Stephanie on this well-deserved achievement! We are excited to see how her leadership will continue to shape the future of CSL’s workforce initiatives and, most importantly, the lives of the neighbors we serve.
About CSL’s Workforce Development Program
CSL began career trainings for adults in 2016 in alignment with our work as a LISC Financial Opportunity Center (FOC). FOCs across the country deliver a workforce program model called Bridges to Career Opportunities (BCO) that work with neighbors to created customized “bridges” that builds a pathway from where a person is at to the career they envision.
Locally, we partner with Great Jobs KC as a major pathway to accessing tuition-paid trainings, and we are an enrollment partner for Great Jobs KC. We also use foundation grants to underwrite the costs of tuition for cohorts of students.
