Christmas 2025 Matching Gift Campaign Helps CSL Change Lives

December 5, 2025 | Doug Cowan, President & CEO

For 109 years, Community Services League has been here for neighbors in need; providing food, rent and utility assistance, financial coaching, career training, and more, but none of this would be possible without you.

Lori and Francis Ross

Generations of people, like the Ross family, have reached out to help neighbors, and have allowed CSL to be a lifeline for local families. To ensure we end this year on a high note, and go into 2026 in a strong position, the Rosses are matching all year-end gifts up to $50,000! Collectively, that will yield $100,000 or more to care for local families.

Every day, parents, seniors, and individuals walk through our doors facing circumstances they never imagined; job loss, rising costs, empty refrigerators, overdue bills, and the fear of what tomorrow might bring. We’ve seen a 30% increase in families seeking food assistance. Many are first-time visitors to our Ffood pantries; people who have always managed to get by, until suddenly they couldn’t.

Recently, when thousands of local families found themselves unsure how they would feed their children, you stepped up with compassion and urgency. You donated food, gave financially, volunteered your time, and spread the word so families knew where to turn.

Because of you, shelves stayed stocked, families were fed, and no one had to face hardship alone.

Double The Difference. Double The Impact.

Together, we can raise $100,000 and ensure that no family in our community faces crisis alone.

Right now, you can help even more families facing food insecurity, housing instability, or the need for new career pathways, and have your impact doubled.

Will you make a meaningful year-end gift today and have it matched dollar for dollar?

Thank you for being the reason families in our community have hope, not just for today, but for tomorrow and beyond. Together, we're not only helping people survive; we’re helping them build lasting, stable, thriving futures.
