Stability for the whole family.
Family Stability helps parents and children work toward a stronger, more secure future—together.
A dedicated CSL coach will listen to your family, help organize your goals, connect you with resources, and walk beside you as you take each next step.
You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. We will begin by listening.
Life’s challenges are often connected.
Housing, employment, finances, transportation, education, health, and family responsibilities rarely exist as separate issues. A change in one area can quickly affect everything else.
Family Stability gives your family a consistent coach who can help bring those needs and goals into one clear plan. Together, you will identify priorities, recognize strengths, work through barriers, and celebrate progress.
The goal is not to make decisions for your family. It is to help your family build the confidence, resources, and stability needed to move forward.
Parents and children move forward together.
Family Stability looks at the needs and goals of every generation within the household—not only the immediate crisis.

Family Stability FAQ
Program availability and eligibility may depend on current funding, family circumstances, and coaching capacity.
What is Family Stability?
Family Stability is a coaching-based program that helps families organize connected goals, navigate resources, work through barriers, and build greater long-term stability.
How is this different from emergency assistance?
Emergency assistance usually focuses on an immediate need. Family Stability looks at the larger picture and supports a family over time as it works toward several connected goals.
Who can participate?
Families with children who are managing several connected needs and are ready to work consistently with a coach may be a good fit. CSL can explain current eligibility and availability.
What will my coach do?
Your coach will listen, help organize goals, support decision-making, connect you with resources, prepare for challenges, and recognize progress with your family.
How long does the program last?
There is no single timeline that fits every family. The length and intensity of coaching depend on your family’s goals, needs, progress, and current program guidelines.
Will CSL make decisions for my family?
No. Your family identifies the goals and makes the decisions. Your coach provides information, encouragement, planning support, and connections to available resources.
What if Family Stability is not the right program?
CSL can still listen to your situation and help identify another service, location, or community resource that may better match your current needs.
Your family does not have to navigate everything alone.
Start with a conversation. Tell us what is happening, what your family hopes to change, and where you may need support.
