CSL is moving its online giving system to Givecloud, a secure and easy-to-use fundraising platform. For 1916 Club members, the biggest improvement is a new donor portal that gives you more convenient access to your monthly giving information.

The donor portal is your secure, personal online account with CSL.
Through the portal, you can:
Review your CSL giving history
View your active monthly donation
Update your contact information
Change an expired or replaced payment card
Manage your recurring gift
Access available donation receipts and giving records
Givecloud’s portal is designed to give donors more direct control over their accounts without needing to contact CSL for routine updates.

CSL will send you an email with instructions and a link to access the new portal.
Please use the same email address associated with your existing 1916 Club membership.
Depending on the login options CSL enables, you may be able to sign in using a secure email link or one-time code without needing to remember another password.

You may need to activate your portal access the first time you visit.
If CSL already has your email address, your giving information may already be connected to your profile. Follow the instructions in the email from CSL rather than creating a second account with a different email address.

CSL will contact you directly if any action is required to continue your monthly gift.
Please do not create a second recurring donation unless CSL asks you to do so. This will help prevent duplicate monthly gifts during the transition.

Some members may be asked to update or confirm their payment method as part of the transition. Others may not need to take any action.
CSL will provide individual instructions if your payment information needs to be updated. For your security, CSL will never ask you to send complete credit card or bank account information by email.

The donor portal may provide options to pause or cancel a recurring donation.
We understand that circumstances change. You are always welcome to contact CSL if you would prefer assistance or would like to discuss an adjustment to your monthly gift.

Yes. The donor portal can allow you to manage the amount and other details of your recurring donation.
Before making a change, please review the information shown in your portal carefully. You may also contact CSL, and we will be happy to assist you.

Your portal will show the giving history available through CSL’s connected records.
Some older donations may not appear immediately while CSL completes the transition and reviews historical information. If a gift is missing or does not look correct, please contact us so we can review your record.

Yes. The portal provides access to available donation receipts and giving records, allowing you to review or download them when needed.
CSL will continue to provide appropriate year-end giving information in accordance with its acknowledgment and receipt practices.

Begin with the email address where you normally receive CSL donation confirmations or 1916 Club messages.
If your giving information does not appear, do not create several different accounts. Contact CSL so we can confirm the email address connected to your donor record.

Givecloud is designed for secure nonprofit fundraising and states that its platform is PCI-DSS compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Payment information is handled through secure systems rather than being stored or transmitted through ordinary email.

First, confirm that you are using the email address connected to your CSL giving record. You may also:
Request a new login link or one-time code.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Allow a few minutes for the login email to arrive.
Contact CSL if you still cannot access your account.
Please do not create a new recurring donation simply because your existing donation is not immediately visible.
