Food Pantries
CSL operates several food pantriesacross Eastern Jackson County, to help neighbors access groceries and basic household supplies.

Hot Meals
A hot meal is served on Wednesdays at 6pm at Stone Church Community of Christ in Independence.
CSL’s Drop-In Center also serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Thursday.
Anyone in need of food is welcome.
Public Benefits
CSL staff can help you understand and apply for public nutrition programs, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program also known as SNAP.
CSL staff can work with you to review eligibility, gather documents, and connect you with resources.

A hot meal is served on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. at Stone Church Community of Christ in Independence.
CSL’s Drop-In Center also serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday for neighbors experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
