More Than a Golf Tournament: Building Homes, Opportunities, and Futures
June 4, 2026 / By Richard Betts, Chief Development Officer
The Community Services League Golf Classic brought together business leaders, community partners, and supporters for a day of fun, networking, and philanthropy at Drumm Farm Golf Club. But the true impact of the event reaches far beyond the fairways.
This year’s tournament was proudly presented by Continental Siding, a company that understands the importance of a safe, stable home and the opportunities it creates for families.
That commitment makes Continental Siding a natural partner in CSL’s affordable housing work and our Building Futures campaign. Through this effort, local students gain paid, hands-on construction experience while helping build affordable homes for families in our community.
These homes represent more than walls and a roof. They provide families with stability, security, and the opportunity to build a brighter future. At the same time, students gain valuable skills, confidence, and career experience that can shape their own futures.
Continental Siding’s support of the Golf Classic helps make this work possible. Their investment reflects a shared belief that strong communities are built when businesses, nonprofits, schools, and neighbors work together to create opportunity.
This year’s event raised more than $40,000, helping advance CSL’s mission and support programs that strengthen families and neighborhoods throughout our community.
We are grateful to Continental Siding and all of our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this year’s Golf Classic a success. Together, we are building more than homes—we are building futures.
